Sales collaboration

After determining the location of the company (private joint stock company), it was established and registered with the Companies Registration Office on 18/01/1400 for 2 years with an initial capital of one million rials by the private sector.

After establishing Siman Gostar Apadana Company (private joint stock company), the founder’s general assembly began to use all the assets of the company in question, which were worth about 300 million rials, to purchase cement from Mazandaran Cement.

By the end of 1400, about 10,000 tons of cement were sold, both bulk and packaged.

After that year, with the efforts and efforts of domestic experts, we were able to sell more than 70,000 tons of bulk and bagged cement from Mazandaran, Golestan, Bojnourd, Firouzkouh and Kiasar cement in 1401 without using bank facilities.

But the work was not over and after selecting a consultant and 12 months of round-the-clock efforts of the stakeholders, in 1402, more than 100,000 tons of cement were reached. This was a significant success that led to being introduced as one of the top cement agents in the country in 1401 and 1402.

Features of export cement

Given that cement produced in Iran is very important in the markets of other countries, it can be said that several factors play a role in making exports easier. Some of these factors include the high quality of exported cement and its favorable performance in various sectors, which play an important role in recognizing and recognizing Iranian cement in other countries. Of course, the final price of cement is also one of the basic and determining factors for cement exports. With the increasing demand for Iranian cement imports in different countries, various measures have been taken to improve the quality of domestically produced cement. In this regard, various industries in Iran, using the rich lime resources in the country, produce different types of cement in compliance with global standards.

Iran's export cement price

The final price of cement is one of the most important factors in exporting this product to other countries. The price of cement is affected by several factors, including the type of cement exported, the manufacturer, the brand, the packaging method, the amount of ingredients, the strength of the cement, etc. Political and economic factors may also affect the export of Iranian materials. The price of exported cement changes due to fluctuations in the exchange rate, which is why its final price is announced every six months by the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade.

Cement export stages

Given that exports are very important in the construction materials sector, carrying out the legal export procedures is essential for a successful business. This sector has various legal aspects and its process will continue from the initial stages of receiving the order to the settlement and clearance of the goods from customs by the exporter. In cement exports from Iran to neighboring countries, some of the steps may be slightly different depending on the laws of the destination country. However, in general, the cement export process is as follows:
Receipt of the order from the country of origin (cement exporter).
The buyer of the order receives the purchase proforma invoice from the exporter.
Based on the proforma invoice and agreed conditions, a bilateral contract is signed between the buyer and the exporter.
The production of cement begins with the required volume and specifications.
The final price of the cement is determined by the parties.
At this stage, the steps related to obtaining an export license are taken.
Customs and transportation matters are reviewed and carried out.
A baling certificate is issued for the cargo specifications.
The remaining costs are settled between the parties.
Finally, the goods are cleared and shipped from the Iranian border terminal.

Documents required for cement export

According to the law, it is mandatory for exporters of any type of goods, especially construction materials and steel products, to have valid documents. These documents include the following: commercial card, standard certificate, export license, baling certificate, sometimes origin and TIR carnet.
In order to qualify and start foreign trade, exporters of goods, whether real or legal, must first obtain their commercial card by visiting the website of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce. This commercial card, which is valid for only one year, needs to be renewed after expiration.
According to the instructions of the Ministry of Commerce, obtaining a license to export goods is mandatory for traders active in the fields of food, hygiene products and construction materials. Therefore, traders must obtain an export license by submitting the relevant documents to export goods. Otherwise, the export of goods will be considered smuggling.
Qualifying exporters and carrying out legal export procedures ensures that commercial activities are carried out correctly and in compliance with the laws and is important for protecting the rights and interests of all relevant parties.

Export customs tariff

As previously mentioned, the increase in demand for cement imports from neighboring countries is due to the extensive resources and ability to supply equipment in the cement processing industry. As a result, investment in this sector has lower risk and higher returns. Given the high profitability of cement, steel, and some construction materials exports, the Ministry of Industry has determined by law that these exports are exempt from paying heavy taxes and customs duties. These targeted measures are used to encourage and facilitate export activities in these industries and also to enhance the country’s competitiveness in foreign markets. In order to qualify and start foreign trade, exporters of goods, whether real or legal, must first obtain their commercial card by visiting the website of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce. Export cement packaging

For easy and trouble-free transportation, cement, like many export goods, is packaged in special packaging. This packaging must be approved by the customs inspection team; also, in many cases, the packaging method is the result of an agreement between the buyer and seller of cement. Below you will learn about some common categories in cement exports.

Jumbobag

Jumbo bags are a method of packaging cement, cleaners and a number of other export products and goods. Jumbo bags are a type of bag packaging that has many advantages over simple bags. These bags hold a volume equivalent to one ton or half a ton of cement.
The thickness and high strength of these bags protect the cement during export.
Loading these bags at the origin and unloading them at the destination is very simple and can be done with a forklift.
Jumbo bags are a good alternative to exporting cement in bulk.
